I started my journey into interior design studying Religion at the University of Manitoba, learning about the art and architecture of the many religions around the world. After earning my Bachelor of Arts in 2011 I jumped into my interior design studies at the Visual College of Art and Design in Vancouver, BC.

 

Following graduation in 2013 I started working at OMG its small in North Vancouver. Here I honed my customer service and sales skills and developed graphic design skills designing window graphics, posters, tags and managing the website. After 3 years there I made the shift to my current position as a designer at V6B Design Group, a kitchen and bath company in Vancouver. In this position I have accumulated invaluable knowledge and skills. I wear many hats involving administration, sales and customer service, project coordination, client communication, and of course design. I am the primary 3D designer using SketchUp to create visuals that clients can understand more clearly and use to make their final decisions before ordering.

My goal is to continually grow as a designer. I aim to gain more experience and advance my knowledge in the field and to realize and utilize my strengths to the advantage of my employer and clients.
